Servo Environmental Test Chamber
This is constructed by double walled chamber with the inner made up of Stainless Steel & the outer means Mild steel finished by Powder coating. 50 mm thick PUF insulated is provided in all size including the door. The Door contains view glass, Gasket, Wiper etc., A hermetically sealed compressor used for below ambient temperature. This portion of the chamber also houses the boiler with an immersion heater fixed with a water level controller for creating humidity. The temperature ranges from -40°C to 150°C controlled by Micro processor based programmable controller ±0.5°C accuracy. Relative humidity ranges from 60% to 95% with ±2% accuracy. All controls are housed in the panel on the top of the chamber. Operates on 220 / 230v, AC supply.
