The chamber is double walled, closedbytoplid.It is especially provided
tocondense the fogwater which does not allow to fall on the specimen.
The specimen is held
onor placed at the center of the chamber.
It should be
maintained at an angle of 45° slanting to the chamber.
The toplid
is held on thechamber withwatersealforcontrollingthe fogleakage.
Other accessories
are control panel, specimen holder atomizer & reservoir.
The chamber's temperature
is controlled digital temperature controller to maintain 35°C
and 95 to 100%relativehumiditywithatmosphericpressure.
5% of Nacl2 solution
is charged in reservoir.
Air 15 to 25lps.
Enters to theatomizer to produce the fog mist.
The condensation
is 1 to 2ml/h of 80sq mm area for an average working hours.
Saturation Tower
is used for preheating the air. The air is passed through 40°c
of hot water.
Control panel provided
at the side wall of the main chamber.
It contains digital
timer with battery back up, chamber temp. controller, saturation tower
controller, water level controller and solution level indicator, RH
indicator, on/off switch, safety fuse, pilot lamps and measuringcylinder
etc.
